A pilot with
clear parameters.
The proposed sequence is designed to resolve fit, conflicts and responsibilities before live case sharing.
Confirm the fit
Define geography, case types, credentials, capacity and the scope of research before any live case is shared.
Review the evidence
Consider a limited case brief after partner diligence. Surface duplicate cases and outstanding questions early.
Agree the handoff
Record acceptance, responsibilities, commercial terms and any case-specific exclusivity window in writing.
Keep the record current
Track the next action, responsible party and progress through the agreed partner workflow.
Before we
work together.
What does an initial pilot involve?
A limited, agreed research scope: the counties and case types of interest, the information needed for review, and a clear acceptance and reporting process. Scope and commercial terms are settled in writing.
When is claimant information shared?
Not during an initial introduction. Live case information is shared only after partner due diligence and agreement on the purpose, scope and safeguards for the handoff. This website contains no live claimant data.
How does exclusivity work?
Exclusivity is not implied by an introduction or a sample. Any exclusivity must be agreed for a specific case, with a defined scope and end date, and recorded alongside the partner’s acceptance.
How are commercial terms agreed?
The initial pilot is proposed without an upfront sourcing fee. Any performance-linked arrangement requires a separate written agreement and review for the actual services and jurisdiction. This website does not offer legal fee sharing or guarantee recovery.
Does IAR communicate with claimants?
IAR’s role is B2B research and case sourcing. We do not automate claimant contact, represent claimants or provide legal advice. Claimant-facing work belongs to the appropriately qualified executing partner.
The right research.
